The full cost of your stay must be paid at booking. If you need to cancel and we are notified greater than 30 days prior to your arrival, we will refund 94% of your booking. If you cancel between 14 & 30 days of arrival, we will refund 44%. If your cancellation is within 13 days or less of arrival, we will not be able to return your booking fee.

Please arrange to check in at 3pm or after. We do request that you give us an approximate arrival time, since we are out in the country. Guests must check out before 11am on their day of departure.

We have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in the house.  No smoking inside the house. Fire extinguishers are also in the house and at the gazebo. There are first-aid kits available with basic items. We also have exterior lighting around the property along with security cameras.

We reserve the right to limit the number of animal, the size, and the breed.  We request that you bring no more than 2 dogs. No cats are allowed. Pets are not to be left alone at the property. We charge a $50 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. For the safety of your pet and for our wildlife, all dogs must be on a leash at all times.  Please be considerate and clean up after your pet outside. Please keep all pets off bedding and furniture. We do welcome registered service dogs. Pets are limited to La Casa Tierra only.

Events or parties must have advance approval. We do not allow fireworks at any time. There can be no hunting on the property. We allow catch and release fishing in our ponds; please refer to visitor info documents inside La Casa Tierra and each casita. No fires will be allowed anywhere on the property except in the designated fire pit or BBQ grill.  Since Oak Ranch Resort is a smoke free enviornment, no smoking allowed inside of any of the buildings.  There are designated areas for smoking outside only.

We are in the country, folks!  It is your chance to unplug!  If you really need to stay connected, we do provide wifi thru-out the property.  It may be patchy in the far areas, such as the pond and under the trees, but that's a good thing, right?  Cell phone service may be patchy, depending on your service provider, but if you are staying in La Casa Tierra, there is a landline (remember those?) for your use, should the need arise.

Our casitas are one level with no stairs, making it accessible for the physically challenged and those using walkers or wheelchairs. Parking can be within a few feet of the entry doors.
