Self-check in! In your pre-arrival email, there will be instructions for driving, and checking in. Door codes and other helpful information will be located in our Welcome Guidebook that is in each unit.

Early check ins must be requested in advance. If at all possible, an earlier check-in time will be given. 

If we are able to allow a late check out, we will be happy to! But prior arrangements must be made at least by the day before checking out.

Oak Ranch Resort is a 57-acre private ranch located approximately 14 miles from Graham’s Downtown Square (the largest square in the USA). We are minutes away from the Brazos River, where you can easily access fishing and canoeing. We are 11 miles from Lake Graham where boating, fishing, swimming, or jet skiing is allowed. Possum Kingdom Lake is North of Graham, but still an option if you so desire. 

We only allow pets at our larger unit, La Casa Tierra. This is due to space and the extra seclusion that La Casa Tierra provides. Bringing your pet requires a $50 non-refundable pet fee. We welcome up to 2 of your fur babies. Dogs only, no cats allowed! They must be kept off furniture and bedding to avoid additional cleaning charges to the credit card on file. Please see the complete policy regarding pets in the rental agreement.

If you make your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, 100% of your paid charges will be refunded. If you cancel 14 days prior to your arrival, 50% of your paid charges will be refunded. No refunds will be issued if you cancel in less than 14 days of your check in since we will not have time to rent the units to other guests. 

Yes! You will be able to log in once you access your unit. You can find the password on our Welcome Guidebook. It is even available by the pool. But, remember we are in the country and cell service can be spotty. This is a chance for you to unwind, unplug, and relax.

Maybe….different carriers get better reception than others. Guests usually have great service with AT&T and Verizon. Some guests with other carriers have no service and must rely on the wi-fi. We can’t guarantee good cell service but can’t say yours won’t work. 

No hunting is allowed on the property at any time. 

There is an abundance of wildlife, such as turkey, deer, songbirds, hawks, armadillos, feral hogs, and coyotes; but don’t try to pet the black cats with the white stripes! While it is unlikely you will see them there are snakes in the area as well. As unpopular as they may be, they do control the rodent population. So be sure to stay on the paths & roadways to keep out of their way. We also have information on different species and things to watch for in our Welcome Guidebook.

Yes! We have Private Chef Packages available by request.

Quiet hours are between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless you book all 4 of our units. Please be considerate of the guests in the other spaces and adhere to the quiet hours. Parties or events must be pre-approved by management prior to booking. 

The units are all fully stocked as listed on the amenities for each unit. Just bring you, your clothes, and your relaxing state of mind. Here is a short list of must-haves and extras that you don’t want to forget:

• Groceries (if you are cooking)
• Hiking boots or shoes
• Sunscreen 
• Sunglasses
• Insect repellant
• Bottled water
• Your fishing pole 

No, we provide those. We also provide soap & paper towels for general clean up in the kitchen.

Our Casitas come with mini-fridges, 2-burner cooktops, microwaves, countertop ice makers, Keurig (with coffee pods and creamer), plates, cups, wine glasses, and silverware. All units have outdoor gas grills with utensils for grilling. La Casa Tierra is a fully stocked home with all of the essentials needed.

Yes! All TVs have Dish Network and are smart TVs so you can log in to your own Netflix, YouTube TV, Roku, or other streaming account.

La Casa Tierra has a full laundry room. If your stay is extended and you need more towels, you can send in a request, and we will bring more to you.
